Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery is available within Brazeau County and will be calculated at checkout. All local deliveries will be done on the next business day. Appropriate packing is ensured for plant delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Domestic delivery within Canada will be provided by Canada Post. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
